Catering Prep Area

Our Catering Prep Area is a semi-commercial kitchen space designed to support your event catering needs. Equipped with the essentials for food preparation, storage, and staging, it gives your caterers or self-catering team a dedicated space to work from without disrupting your event.

The space includes an oven, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, two sinks, a large fridge, four bar fridges, generous counter space, and ample storage cabinets -- giving your team plenty of room to prep, plate, and serve with ease.

Please note this is a preparation and staging space, it is not a full commercial kitchen. All catering arrangements must be confirmed with the Events Coordinator prior to your event.
